To run a fundraising campaign with Mama Moore’s Gourmet Popcorn, your organization must be designated as a 501(3)(c) non-profit OR have a business entity designation with a dedicated Tax Identification Number (TIN).

To ensure that your fundraising campaign website looks professional and represents your organization well, we kindly ask that you provide us with your logo files in jpg or png format and that it be at least 600px wide. This will ensure that the logo doesn't look pixelated.

The following terms and conditions are applicable to this campaign only. Future campaigns may be subject to revised terms and conditions.
• An IRS Form W9 is required before a fundraising campaign can begin.
• Upon the conclusion of the campaign, Mama Moore’s Gourmet Popcorn and the Organization agrees to the following percentage
breakdown for payment distribution:
• 50% of purchased products’ item price (which does not include any taxes, shipping and handling costs, or other fees).
• 100% of donations (those made in lieu of a popcorn purchase or additional donations made with a popcorn purchase) less credit card processing fees.
• Mama Moore’s Gourmet Popcorn will issue final payment to the organization within 7 days of the conclusion of the campaign.
• Mama Moore’s Gourmet Popcorn is committed to assisting the organization with their fundraising efforts; however, Mama Moore’s
Gourmet Popcorn does not guarantee the success of this campaign.
• Campaigns are currently limited to a maximum of 7 days but are subject to changes at the sole discretion of Mama Moore’s Gourmet
Popcorn.
• You, as an Organizer, represent, warrant, and covenant that:
• (i) all information you (whether through yourself, or an agent) provide in connection with an Organizer or Beneficiary is accurate, complete, and not likely to deceive
Buyers and that you will post updates as needed so that Buyers understand the use of funds and any other relevant information about your campaign;
• (ii) all Payouts contributed to your campaign will be used solely as described in the materials that you post or otherwise provide as the basis for your fundraising
campaign;
• (iii) if you are an individual serving as a representative for a Beneficiary, you represent and warrant that you are authorized by a Beneficiary to raise funds on their behalf
and to use a Beneficiary’s name and trademark(s) in any fundraising campaign or event;
• (iv) you will not infringe the rights of others;
• (v) you will comply with all relevant and applicable laws and financial reporting obligations, including but not limited to, laws and obligations relating to registration, tax
reporting, and asset disclosures for your campaign.
• All order cancellations must be made by Buyers prior to shipment of the order and within twenty-four (24) hours of making a purchase. If
your product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly at sales@moorepopcorn.com. All damaged goods or
product quality claims must be made within three (3) days of delivery, otherwise we shall have no obligations to refund purchase price or
replace product.
• This agreement is binding under the State of Texas and the State of Texas laws and regulations will handle all disagreements.
